AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY

When the surgery is closed, patient care is provided by Family Care Medical Service, phone 3831 9999 or Wesley Hospital Emergency Centre 3232 7333.

APPOINTMENTS

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred appointment time and doctor.
Medical emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforseen delay.
If you require an extended appointment for more complex problems, please advise the receptionist when booking.
Please notify us if you need to change or cancel your appointment, so we may offer your time to another patient.
A cancellation fee may be charged if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notification.

HOME VISITS

Home visits may be arranged at the treating doctor’s discretion for regular patients.

All patient information is protected by a strict code of confidentiality and the National Privacy Principles.

As our practice is committed to preventative care, we may send you reminders regarding health services appropriate to your care. Please advise us if you prefer to opt out.

If you are unhappy with our service at any time, please feel free to speak to your doctor or the practice manager.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

This is a private billing practice.
A list of fees is available at reception.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation.
Medicare Online Claiming is also available from the practice.

Children under 13 years, Age Pensioners, and Veterans Affairs are bulk-billed. Please bring your Medicare Card with you.
