Dr Joshua Betts 

Joshua graduated from UQ in 1995 and after working in a wide range of medical fields, decided to specialise in general practice in 2000. He has broad clinical interests and sees all ages and conditions, both physical and mental. Mens health, preventative health and longevity are a particular focus. From a procedural perspective he performs basic skin excisions and biopsies plus Implanon insertions. Located next to Ironside school and near the University of Queensland, Joshua's clinical practice also has a high percentage of children and young adults and he endeavors to treat all people with dignity and respect. On a personal level, he is married with 3 children so understands the varied challenges of parenthood in our rapidly changing world. He enjoys martial arts, weight training, literature, contemporary music and exploring the natural world.
